Time Well Spent provides weekly and fortnightly home cleaning in selected parts of South Dublin. We clean homes and apartments for owners and renters.
Wherever possible you have the same trusted regular cleaner. Cleaning priorities are agreed with Time Well Spent before the first visit.
We do not offer one-off cleans or end-of-tenancy work. The service is for customers who want regular cleaning only.

How it works
Send your area or Eircode, weekly or fortnightly, the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the cleaning required, your preferred day and time, and the approximate hours needed.
We confirm availability for the day and time you require, introduce your regular cleaner, and agree the start date and the hourly rate that applies.
Priorities are agreed with Time Well Spent before the first visit. A service agreement is completed before the service begins. The same trusted regular cleaner returns wherever possible.
A typical visit
A regular visit is ordinary upkeep of the home — not a deep clean of every cupboard. The order of work is agreed with Time Well Spent before the cleaner starts.
Fees
You pay your cleaner directly for the cleaning hours. The Time Well Spent agency fee is payable quarterly in advance by Direct Debit. All fees are confirmed before the service starts.
There is a two-hour minimum per visit.

Weekly cleaning is €21 per hour. Fortnightly cleaning is €26.50 per hour. You pay your cleaner directly for the hours worked. There is a two-hour minimum per visit. The Time Well Spent agency fee is payable quarterly in advance by Direct Debit. All fees are confirmed before the service starts. Prices shown are current rates and are subject to change.

If your regular cleaner is unavailable, Time Well Spent will let you know and, where possible, arrange another trusted cleaner. If that is not suitable, the visit can be rearranged.
Customers normally provide the cleaning products and equipment required for their home. Any particular requirements can be agreed with Time Well Spent before the service begins.
Please contact Time Well Spent as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit.
Yes. If you want to change the priorities for your regular cleaning, contact Time Well Spent and we can update them.
