We use this information to respond to your enquiry, confirm whether we can take on the work, and, if you become a customer, to administer the regular cleaning service.
We do not sell personal information. Details may be shared with the regular cleaner assigned to your home, and with service providers who help us run email, hosting or payment administration, only as needed to provide the service.
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry or to run the service, and for any period we are required to keep records. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing office@timewellspent.ie.
